Many people still believe CPR is only necessary for healthcare providers, but the truth is that CPR is for everyone. Most cardiac arrests happen at home, not in hospitals—and in those critical moments, a trained family member or bystander can make the difference between life and death.
At Heart Hustle Academy, I train students from all backgrounds: parents, teachers, caregivers, employers, fitness trainers, childcare workers, and everyday individuals who simply want to be prepared. You don’t need any medical experience to learn CPR—just the willingness to help.
My classes are designed to be simple, welcoming, and hands-on. As an AHA-certified instructor, I guide each student through step-by-step techniques, ensuring you learn how to perform CPR confidently, use an AED correctly, and respond calmly in emergencies like choking or respiratory distress. With the support of EMR Safety & Health as my official Training Center, the training follows national standards recognized throughout the U.S.
Knowing CPR doesn’t just prepare you—it empowers your community. One trained person can create a ripple effect of safety, readiness, and awareness. Whether it’s for work, family, or personal preparedness, learning CPR is one of the most powerful ways to protect the people around you.
